How do you relax?
I have a hard time relaxing... I'm a fairly stressed out person :) Lately it seems that everyone around me is having the same problem... sometimes I think that I have forgotten how to relax!
So here's the first challenge... scrapbook a page about how you relax *this way if you ever forget you can open your album and remember ;)
